Service and eligibility
MFS Verify provides tools for merchants to capture supported payment notifications, verify transaction records and connect their own systems. You must be authorized to act for the merchant workspace you create or administer. MFS Verify is not a bank, mobile financial service provider or payment custodian, and does not move or hold customer funds.
Your account and gateway
You are responsible for securing your account, API keys, gateway phone and connected systems, and for granting access only to authorized users. You must have the right to use the phone and payment accounts connected to the gateway and obtain any notices or permissions required for your use. Do not submit false transactions, misuse the API or attempt to access another workspace.
Verification and operational decisions
Verification results depend on the payment information received, device connectivity, provider message formats and your configuration. Check important payments against your provider records before fulfilling orders or making irreversible decisions. Report suspected errors promptly through support.
Plans and payments
Plan features, quotas, trial periods and prices are shown in the product or an agreed order. Review those details before purchasing. Any applicable billing, cancellation or refund terms should be confirmed in the checkout or agreement for the selected plan; this page does not create a refund promise.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure and improve the service, including changes needed when Android or payment-provider behavior changes. Availability may be affected by networks, providers, device settings or scheduled maintenance. We may restrict access when necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or address misuse.
Data and privacy
You retain responsibility for the data and integrations you submit or configure. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and, for the Android app, the Gateway Privacy Policy.
