Account and data requests

Request account & data deletion

A public request path for MFS Verify merchant accounts and the MFS Verify Gateway Android app.

Effective 14 September 2026Operated by Digitrix Labs

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your MFS Verify merchant account, workspace and associated eligible data, email support@digitrixlabs.io with the subject “MFS Verify account deletion request”. Send the request from your registered account email if possible. Include your workspace or business name and say whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific data removed. Do not include passwords, full SMS messages or payment credentials.

If you no longer have access to the registered email, explain that in your request so we can arrange another ownership check. You can use this page without signing in or installing the Android app.

Verification and processing

We verify that the requester is authorized to act for the merchant workspace before changing an account or its records. A gateway device operator who is not the workspace administrator should contact that administrator first. After verification, we review the request, remove or anonymize eligible data, and confirm the outcome and any retention exceptions by email. Unpairing a device alone is not a request to delete the server-side account.

What is deleted

For an approved full-account request, we close the merchant workspace and remove or anonymize eligible profile and business contact details, login access, gateway pairing credentials and device registrations, API keys, webhook configuration, and payment-verification records where deletion is permitted. You may instead request deletion of eligible specific data without closing the account. We will explain any records that cannot be removed in our response.

What may be retained, and for how long

Some transaction, invoice, billing, security, fraud-prevention and audit records may need to remain after account closure to meet applicable legal, contractual or dispute-resolution obligations. These records are restricted and retained only for the applicable required period; there is no single fixed period for every record type. We will identify the categories and applicable retention period or criteria in our response to your verified request. Backups may retain a copy until their normal expiry and are not restored for ordinary service use.

Data on your Android device

In MFS Verify Gateway, Settings → Unpair Gateway Device clears its pairing credentials and locally stored transaction data. Uninstalling the app also removes app-private local data. Before doing either, sync any pending payment observations you still need: local-only records cannot be recovered afterward. Neither action deletes records already synchronized to the merchant workspace; use the request steps above for those records.
